Wedding flowers that tell your story

Natural, seasonal flowers for couples who want their day to feel warm, relaxed and unmistakably theirs. Conway Floral creates foam-free wedding flowers, from the first bouquet to the final table.

Flowers with a sense of place

Seasonal blooms, carefully shaped around your day

Your venue, dress, colour notes and family traditions guide every decision. We work with British-grown flowers where the season allows, then use natural mechanics and reusable vessels to keep the designs thoughtful after the confetti has settled.

A clear plan

Your wedding flower journey

Good flowers begin with good questions. There is no obligation at any stage.

01

Talk through the day

Meet at our Heswall studio or by video for a focused 30-minute conversation about your venue, date and priorities.

02

Shape the palette

We gather colour references, textures and seasonal flower options into a visual direction made for your setting.

03

Review the proposal

You receive a detailed quote with quantities, design notes and delivery or setup timings before making a decision.

04

Enjoy the setting

We deliver, place and style the flowers on the day, leaving your venue ready for photographs and guests.

The people at the heart of it

Bridal bouquets, bridesmaids and buttonholes

A bridal bouquet can be loose and trailing, neat as a posy, or full of movement. We make the shape suit your dress and the way you want to carry it.

  • Bridesmaid bouquets echo the bridal flowers in softer scale or a complementary tone.
  • Buttonholes and corsages are finished for comfort, with details that carry personal meaning.
  • We can include a family flower, a meaningful colour or a small keepsake ribbon.

Make the room yours

Ceremony and reception styling

One floral language can move through the whole venue. We plan the practical details as carefully as the photographs.

Arches and meadow aisles

Frame the vows with a grounded arch, clusters at the entrance or a meadow aisle that feels gathered rather than rigid. Natural chicken wire, moss and reusable structures keep the work foam-free.

It feels rooted.

Tablescapes and reception flowers

Low centrepieces keep conversation easy. Bud vases, candles and foliage add rhythm along long tables, while statement flowers can mark the top table or cake.

Every stem has a place.

One design, used twice

Large ceremony arrangements can move to the drinks reception or dinner space after the vows. We plan the handover in advance, reducing waste while giving your flowers a longer working life.

Useful can be beautiful.

A lighter footprint

Foam-free, British-grown, beautiful

Floral foam is a single-use plastic that can break into small particles. We leave it out. Chicken wire, moss, pin frogs, water vessels and carefully tested structures give flowers support without it.

  • 0% floral foam. A clear design decision from the start.
  • British-grown flowers are chosen when the season and availability allow.
  • Reusable vessels and ceremony-to-reception planning help reduce unnecessary waste.

Wedding flower FAQs

Clear answers make planning easier.

What is the average cost for wedding flowers?

Every wedding has a different guest count, venue and floral plan. We prepare a clear quote after discussing your priorities, with separate lines for personal flowers, ceremony work, reception flowers and delivery.

How far in advance should we book?

Start the conversation 9 to 12 months before your date where possible. We can sometimes take shorter lead times when the date and design brief suit our existing schedule.

Can you work with a specific colour theme?

Yes. Bring fabric swatches, stationery, paint cards or saved images. We will translate the colour into flowers that are available and appropriate for the season.

Do you offer flower preservation?

We can advise on keeping a bouquet fresh for longer and recommend specialist preservation options when a lasting display is important to you.
